In a saucepan, cut the onions into rounds, and fried them with margarine.
Add tomatoes, heads and skin shrimp and the water used to cooked them.
Cook during 15 minutes and mill it.
In another saucepan, melt margarine and flour, and put in the soup.
Just before serving, add shrimps cut into pieces and bread croutons.
