Place the ham on a tray, cover with sugar.
Cut pineapple slices and put them on the ham (to fit better fix them with toothpicks).
Put everything in the oven and cook.
Once browned, take out of the oven, sprinkle with sparkling wine and cook again.
Once cooked, cut ham in slices and garnish with pineapple.
