Soak cod in water for 24 hours and renew the water 2 times.
Make a paste cooked as for rissois, put it in a bowl, break the eggs inside, add baking-powder and mix with your hands.
On a tray, butter with margarine, put spoonfuls of the paste separated from each other (it increases significantly in volume) and put in oven.
Make a sauce with the ingredients for the cream, add the cod, cooked and crumbed.
Remove the cooked paste from oven, open and add a tablespoon of the sauce.
